When I first looked into exchanging the jacket for a different size, I was a little worried because they had you email customer service. Usually when that happens you get the runaround and nobody answers. Dealing with Trendsfort was a different experience in that I got a response rather quickly. The time change did slow it down some but it was still within 24 hrs. I was able to exchange my jacket for a different size without any issues and received my new jacket in a timely matter once again. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, response time and the quality of the jacket.
