We send you complete order details, including the price of each item, order number, and shipping charges via email.

Regular orders are made to order and are shipped within 7 business days. However, it can take up to 12 business days for your item to be shipped.

We strive to minimize fulfillment time for our custom orders as well and usually dispatch made-to-measure orders within 10-15 business days.

TrendsFort accepts order cancellation requests within (1) day of order placement or will result in flat deduction of 25% from your product’s ordered amount. If the product is already in transit, then you have to receive and apply for a return.

You can use Made to Measure tab of the product you like and tell us your required measurements. We can make any product as per your specifications, or you can email us at support@trendsfort.com

Orders are produced and shipped from South Asia/Europe. Incase of return product need to be send back to factory from where it is dispatched to you at your expense.

Its very simple and you can order by choosing any product from our website. Then, select all details like sizing and click add to cart. We accept PayPal, Visa, American Express, Master Card. You can also talk to our expert team for any help!

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to provide end to end encryption to protect your privacy. We also use Paypal which is one of the most secured payment options available.

Delivery & Return

No, currently we don’t ship outside the United States.

  • We have a 30 days return policy from the delivery date. You must contact support@trendsfort.com for further details.
  • Only email requests for returns will be processed, any call or message does not qualify for a return.
  • You can initiate the return or exchange process for regular orders within 14 days from the dispatched date and get a full-value token to use at trendsfort.com after we receive your parcel in its original condition. 
  • Customized or personalized products may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • You will be notified with an email with tracking information of your order.  You can also contact support@trendsfort.com  for any order related query.

Yes, we offer free shipping all orders in the USA. Please email at support@trendsfort.com for any query.

As we are offering free shipping on all orders at our cost, you need to bear the cost of return courier. Incase of return, product need to be sent back to factory from where it has been dispatched to you at your expense. 

  • Generally applicable customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
  • All/Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
  • We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you how much the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Return & Exchange

  • You can initiate the return or exchange process for regular orders within 14 days of the dispatch date and get a full value token to use at trendsfort.com after we receive your parcel in original condition. Any request after 14 days does not qualify for return or exchange.

Return:

  • Returns must be authorized. Please send an email to support@trendsfort.com before returning an item. We are NOT responsible for any item returned without authorization. If there is no authorization by email, we cannot process any return/exchange.
  • Returns will only be done to the address provided by support staff when you get authorization for a return by sending an email at support@trendsfort.com.
  • Our policy lasts fifteen (15) days. If fifteen (15) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
  • There will be no returns provided on custom-cut jackets, personalized items, customized items and items sold under the STAR category.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tags still attached to the product.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, you will receive a store credit voucher for on-sale items of full amount while regular priced items will be refunded as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the refund section.

Exchange:

  • You can also exchange an item for another. If the price of the other item is higher than the purchased item, difference is to be paid.
  • The customer will be liable to pay the freight and transport charges for the items they return, or exchange.

Refund:

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately on-sale items cannot be refunded (NOT eligible for refunds).
  • Refunds if approved will only be given in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.
  • Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • No restocking fee on a return of items, or if the customer asks for a refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Custom Orders

  • Yes, we can make any type of jacket custom made for you. Please get in touch with our experts at support@trendsfort.com and share any design, picture for reference and give us description on customize page.
  • There are no charges for quotation, discussion, or even getting a drawing made for your custom jacket. You will only be charged when you purchase the jacket or product.
  • Absolutely! You can select from Lambskin, Sheepskin, Goatskin to Buffalo-hide and Cow-hide. You can also share the look you have in mind and our expert can help you suggest the leather. Please get in touch at support@trendsfort.com
  • You can get your custom jacket made in other fabrics like cotton, polyester, satin, wool and other fabrics
  • I am perplexed to place custom order because how can I pay for something I have not seen in actual? I am concerned about sizing, design and quality.
  • We completely understand your concerns about sizing, design and quality of your custom order. We assure you our team has many years of experience and expertise in doing garments.
  • When we get your order, our CS agent will get in touch to get your body measurement. When you take your measurements correctly, there are zero chances for sizing error.
  • Before dispatching your order, our CS agent will share pictures of your actual product with you. You can review the design, material and stitching before we dispatch it.
  • We are committed to get you your perfect jacket in the first go. We share the actual pictures of your custom order before dispatching it to minimize the return rate. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit you well, we do the first alteration free of cost. Furthermore, customers would have to pay for shipping the jacket back to us.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.
  • Although there is no pre-specified fulfillment date, customers, while discussing their custom orders can ask for a delivery date from our Customer Support Agent. If you have a deadline or specific date for your order, we encourage our customers to communicate their desired delivery date to the CS agent before placing the order.
