Return Timeframe
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Processing Time
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before processing begins (within 3–4 days after order placement).
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
