    I was looking for a lightweight leather jacket for the cooler days ahead. It’s labeled as a motorcycle jacket, but lamb is too thin for protection. I have a good motorcycle jacket, but it’s heavy and not something I want to wear unless I’m riding. It seems to be well made and looks good. It is the lightest leather jacket I’ve ever worn. The fit is pretty close to “as expected”, but go up a size if you generally fall in between sizes.

    I Bought this jacket not expecting much but I’m pretty surprised at how comfortable it is. The leather isn’t too tough or cheap feeling. It’s pretty soft and true to size fitting. Just remember to air it out a bit before you wear it. Leather doesn’t make any rubbing noise when you wear it like some other leather jackets. Recommend!

But exchange is quick and painless, so no problems there.10 months later update: the jacket got some wear on it, and the leather got much softer and pleasant to touch.     i was surprised by this jacket, pockets everywhere and a phone pocket that fits perfectly. The butter soft yak leather is distressed like a 50 year old flight jacket but its new! Kind of like a “members only” jacket meets motorcycle.It’s light enough for fall and spring but not for riding-way too thin. The dk brown color goes great with any outfit. hope it lasts another 50 years!!

The leather is soft and supple and fits perfectly, the heavy-duty zipper and it has a zip-out liner, which was important to me because of our climate (Northern New York). It remains to be seen how warm the jacket will be in colder weather, but I feel that I’ll be pleased. Buy this jacket–you definitely won’t be disappointed. The quality is as good as a jacket costing twice as much.
